Dune Serrano Ambrozo is an artist. Electronic music composer and singer, she also explores other media such as painting, collage and photography. Originally from France, she has been based in Berlin since 2018.
She structures her songs as wide waves, layered with elements in conversation between a synthetizer, piano, voice and field recordings. Her voice lays at the heart of the harmonic landscape, used to create layers breathing through the composition or as a solo instrument carrying words out of the structure of the music, to translate its architecture of sounds into another form.
With sang or spoken poetry, she explores the themes of time, memories turning into stories, the traces left by experiences in our hearts.
Her work is an ode to the asymmetry of opposites, a search for merciless light into blind spots, and love songs to the graceful taste of fertile sorrows.
